Austin Total Healthcare opened its doors in 1997 committed to providing outstanding care for our patients. We are a locally owned and operated chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Austin, Texas. We take great pride in helping each patient recover by delivering quality, one-on-one patient care with our knowledgeable experts. We provide individualized attention every treatment session and throughout your plan of care.

We specialize in auto, work, and sports injuries. Our team of medical providers, chiropractors, and physical therapists is well-equipped to provide the right treatment for your injuries. Whether you need methods to relieve pain or more complex therapy to fix the underlying issue – our staff have the knowledge to handle it.

Our Facility

Our south office is located at 3809 South 2nd Street, B-100, and our north office located at 9800 North Lamar, Suite #250 in the Wells Fargo bank building. Our Georgetown office is at 2502 Williams Drive, Suite #A, Georgetown.


We work with most health insurance companies. Please contact our staff to see if we accept your insurance. We also accept all auto and work insurance coverages, most patients’ care is covered at 100 percent. We will be glad to work with the PIP carrier, the responsible person’s insurance carrier, or your attorney.

Schedule an appointment for an initial consultation with our providers by calling 512-447-9675 or by sending an email to austintotalhealthcare@yahoo.comYour first visit will last approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. During this visit, you will receive a complete evaluation and treatment plan for your particular problem.

We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear as therapy sessions involve exercise, stretching, and strengthening. Shorts are preferable for knee, ankle, or foot problems, and tank-tops or sleeveless shirts are preferable for upper body problems.

You can reduce the overall time required on your first visit by downloading and completing your new patient forms. Please remember to bring your prescription/referral, patient forms, and your insurance information.


If for some reason you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office at 512-447-9675 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
